About Us
Hospice of the West was founded in 2010 with the mission to provide quality of life at the end of life. No request is too small, and no health need is too large for our specialized staff to address. Our values are compassion, accountability, communication, enthusiasm, and excellence. We provide care to all age groups during the final stages of life. Patients have an experienced team of physicians, registered nurses, certified nurse aides, medical social workers, counselors, and trained volunteers available to help them and their family manage their illness. Hospice of the West is focused primarily on comfort and pain management for our patients. Patients are cared for wherever they call home.
