    CEED is a registered 501 (c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization that provides pragmatic economic development solutions and free small business assistance to underserved and disadvantaged small businesses in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Our Skills to Wealth Program provides a variety of culturally competent programs and services primarily serving immigrant, refugee, minority and women-owned businesses. CEED has made a positive impact on the regional economic landscape by assisting over two hundred small businesses in and around the City of Pittsburgh.

    Our mission is to revitalize, strengthen and produce healthy, self-sustaining communities through innovative programs and projects that put community members and stakeholders at the forefront of economic growth and self-sufficiency.
