Our organization is dedicated to providing the economic and programmatic support necessary for all students-including those with disabilities-to participate in immersive educational programs across the United States and around the globe. For over 20 years, Andrew Selinka has led, administered, and initiated transformative educational experiences for school groups both domestically and internationally. His extensive travels to every continent and his work with students of all ages have enriched him with a wealth of stories and knowledge.

Recognizing the barriers that many students-sometimes entire classes-face due to economic, social, or physical challenges, Andrew’s journey inspired the formation of our dedicated team. We are a coalition of educators and travel industry professionals who believe in the empowering power of experiential learning through travel. Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to explore, learn, and grow, regardless of their circumstances.

We are passionate about creating inclusive solutions that open doors for all students. Through our hands-on and experiential tours, we witness the profound impact travel has on young minds and spirits. Students return more curious about the world, more empathetic, and more engaged-ready to embrace new perspectives and possibilities.
