Let's Map Together (Ind.)

This organization is a volunteering community for people who have busy schedules and want to volunteer from home at whatever time they choose. Here, we contribute to projects on the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) website. The HOT website has hundreds of different projects located in countries around the world where there aren’t many buildings and road locations on the map. Volunteers help mark where buildings and roads are located.

Every project has a different purpose. Putting places and people on the map can help people at places such as the American Red Cross set up help and find people in times of a crisis; it can help innocent people escape illegal activities in local areas where places aren’t mapped out; it can help change lives of the less fortunate.
