Valleywise Health

The newest state of art hospital in Arizona is a 10 -story hospital which has 233 patient rooms, 44ICU rooms and 10 operating rooms. The trauma and emergency department has six trauma bays and 88 treatment rooms, and the Diane and Bruce Halle Arizona Burn Center has 16 adult intensive care beds, 24 adult acute care beds and 10 pediatric care beds. The burn unit is considered to to be one of the top three burn units in the united states. We also have an entire inpatient floor dedicated to pediatric care with its own age appropriate playrooms, and child life department. Valleywise is also a designated Trauma one medical center for the downtown area.
