  • About Us

Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Tacoma-Pierce County, a Catholic lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul.

Through systemic change we share spiritual and material support with all in need. We are a well-prepared,

effective and nimble organization with the tools, resources, systems and facilities needed to achieve our mission. We collaborate internally and externally to deliver services with quantifiable outcomes.
