    PARACHUTE: Butler County CASA advocates for abused and neglected children in Juvenile Court by mobilizing the entire Butler County community to break the vicious cycle of child abuse and neglect. Throughout Butler County hundreds of abused and neglected children are placed in the child protections services, through no fault of their own. These children faced an uncertain future. Since 1988, PARACHUTE has changed the outcomes of these abused children’s lives through engaged volunteers, a proactive staff, and a committed community.
