Vision: FAES students will achieve the knowledge, skills, and habits that will lead them to be successful in middle school, high school, college, and life.
Mission:
FAES envisions a community where all learners thrive within a literacy rich environment. Students will achieve academic success in a setting that inspires responsibility, joy, and courage.
The Achievement School District was created to catapult the bottom 5% of schools in Tennessee straight to the top 25% in the state. In doing so, we dramatically expand our students’ life and career options, engage parents and community members in new and exciting ways, and ensure a bright future for the state of Tennessee.
