About Us
We are a yoga & meditation organization with over 20 years of training teachers both nationally and internationally. Led by our Master Teacher, we focus on the spirituality of yoga. We are based in three Chester County locations with 12 faculty members, 10 administrative staff members and 100 volunteers. Our mission is to carry the teachings of the ancient sages of India into our modern world, serving people in their interest in health, well-being, peace, joy and spiritual development.
Our fast-paced environment is supported by regular staff yoga classes, providing a foundation for the experience of peace in the midst of productive activity.
