About the Agency

Perception Programs is a not-for-profit behavioral health agency in Willimantic, CT. We have 16 programs that provide a continuum of care for people with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders that includes residential treatment, IOP, outpatient, medication management, case management and supportive housing. The agency's most valuable asset are the staff - they give our clients hope that change is possible!
