Kin Support Program Haa Yatx'u Saani

When grandparents, aunties, uncles, or other relatives are raising children, we help with the financial, cultural, educational, emotional, and legal support that families need. Our culturally-based Kinship Navigator Program serves families outside of the OCS foster care system to keep kids safe and thriving.

We serve all families in the Southeast Alaska region where relatives are raising children OUTSIDE the state foster care system, regardless of finances or background. We provide support from Family Specialists, a Kin Attorney, and a Parent Attorney to ensure that families are connected with the right financial, cultural, educational, therapeutic and legal supports.
