We are working to lower the barriers of age, race, gender, economics and education so that all who live and work in this region believe they belong to a just and caring community.

    • Enhancing Leadership Skills - Teaching collaborative leadership skills, effective group process and heightened self-awareness
    • Increasing Community Awareness - Teaching people about the needs and opportunities of this region and showcasing the people, places and programs that make the Hartford area special
    • Building Relationships - Connecting diverse leaders to one another
    • Promoting Civic Engagement - Engaging people throughout Greater Hartford in meaningful community leadership projects and positions
    • Facilitating Community Conversations - Organizing forums and facilitating multi-party conversations on key community issues
    • Strengthening Organizations - Building staff and volunteer leadership, program effectiveness, and greater collaboration within client organizations
