    The San Francisco Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership (SFCIPP) is a coalition of social service providers, representatives of government bodies, advocates and others who work with or are concerned about children of incarcerated parents and their families. SFCIPP works to improve the lives of children affected by the criminal justice system by advocating for the implementation of the Bill of Rights: Children or Incarcerated Parents which underscores the children’s needs and the importance of their family bonds at a policy and programmatic level across a broad range of public and private agencies.
