Songcatchers, Inc.

Songcatchers provides access to high quality music education, training, and enrichment for children and families in the lower Westchester, NY area. We promote excellence in an atmosphere that fosters community, mutual respect, self-esteem, leadership development and an appreciation for the arts. We live by our conviction that peace is possible when people collaborate to bring beauty into the lives of others.

We make these opportunities available to all members in our community, especially those in need. Leadership training is inherent in all programs. Youth are involved as volunteer instructors, counselors, and aides, and are mentored by professional musicians. The population served by Songcatchers is multi-cultural and multi-generational.
