The Health Foundation for the Americas (HFA) is seeking funding to ensure the long term sustainability of the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, located in Washington, DC. HFA is the supporting organization for the Alliance and works to isure that the Alliance has the capacity to plan and implement programs to increase Hispanic access to health.
