Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Inc. (BBC) is the nonprofit community development corporation serving the Central, Kinsman, and Garden Valley neighborhoods of Cleveland, Ohio. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents of our service area by initiating and cultivating housing, retail, employment, and recreation opportunities through effective partnerships with residents, community groups, government, corporations, and institutions.
