    Upstage Lung Cancer is a nonprofit organization presenting educational concert programs, video podcasts and blogs to promote lung cancer early detection research, public education and patient advocacy. Our mission is to promote awareness, advance understanding, and remove the social stigma of lung cancer and also to raise funds for research and innovation in early detection and diagnosis of lung cancer .

    About Us

    We founded Upstage Lung Cancer (ULC) 14 years ago to help lung cancer patients benefit from the early detection that saves lives from the #1 cancer killer. ULC has invested over $3 million in early detection research through partnerships with LUNGevity Foundation, GO2 Foundation, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and MIT’s Koch Institute. We have a national presence through memberships in LungCAN, National Lung Cancer Roundtable, ASCO and IASLC. We collaborate with other advocacy organizations to support our mission to educate and spread awareness, remove stigma and invest in the most cutting-edge early detection lung cancer research. We are unique in using music and the performing arts to reach new and wide-ranging audiences via our presence on YouTube and social media.
