Positive Transitioning Inc.

Positive Transitioning is a entirely web based start up, non-proft organization that serves returning citizens that are returning to the community after incarceration. We have a 24 hours resource listening line that provides individuals with immediate and important resources and support necessary to have a safe a successful transition. The resource hotline is then coupled with our reentry life coaching program that will assign reentry life coaches to returning citizens that can assist and support them through the entire reentry process.

Mission Statement

It is our vision to create a society in which returning citizens have a support system that will enable them to become successful and contributing members of society. We will achieve this by providing a wraparound of services and resources that are specialized to the returning citizen's unique needs. By providing this support and resources it is our vision that offenders will have the ability to successfully and safely reenter the community.

As stated we are entirely web based, making all volunteer opportunites to be completed online. We have a variety of innovative and interesting volunteer opportunites for all ages.
