    Teen Moms Fresh Start is committed to providing edu-cational & life skills programs to Teen/Young Moms and Dads as well as providing teen pregnancy prevention for at risk youth. In an effort to educate teens regarding the difficulties of being a teen parent, as the mother of a teen mom, Tanya Taylor, Founder of Teen Moms Fresh Start, Inc (TMFS) created the organization in April 2008 to provide resources and support to single mothers and teen parents .<br /><br />Being a single mom herself and knowing the difficulties of raising a child, Tanya was unable to find many resources in the Baltimore, Maryland area, Tanya was determined to create an organiza-tion to provide a means promote friend-ships and coordinate educational group activities. Our Philosophy is that all members of society need to be treated equally. Our programs are a Hand UP, NOT a Hand OUT.<br /><br />
