About Us
Spontaneous Celebrations is a community arts organization that runs an after-school program, produces four community festivals per year and utilizes the building for low cost rentals, events and various community-building activities. The mission of the Festival Arts Program is to engage young people as active members of their community by empowering them as artists, performers, and as agents of change.
