RJOEC is a pilot program of a major Jewish foundation focused on building connections between the Russian emigre Jewish community and American Jewish communities. RJOEC extends the foundation's signature Jewish outreach and engagement programs to the Russian emigre community, and seeks to build a body of best practices to share with other Jewish organizations and replicate nationally.
