Family Alliance For Counseling Tools & Resolution

FACTR is a service, research and training center dedicated to the promotion of resilience and well-being of refugees and immigrants. The agency provides mental health and psycho-educational services to immigrants and refugees in their native language to facilitate resolution of pre-resettlement trauma and adjustment in the new culture. In addition to its healing focus, the agency addresses the well-being of immigrant and refugee communities as a whole through humanities and arts exchange programs in the community.
