San Francisco State University- Metro Health Academies

  • About Us

Metro Health Academies are programs during the first two years of college, which aim for accelerated academic progress, college retention and university transfer of low-income and first generation college-going students. The goals are to spark a passion among urban youth to pursue a lifetime of work on the issues confronting their own communities in health, social services, and social justice; and to help close the educational equity gap, supporting students to complete university studies.
