To create self-financed, self-employed and self-empowered communities with increased capabilities by providing need based services and supports like awareness rising, counseling, savings mobilization, credit deliveries, agriculture support facilities, health and nutrition services, sanitation, education, gender equality, environment, social security, marketing and technology etc.

To improve quality of life of the poor and the community as a whole

Organizational Objectives

v  To undertake Institutional building, Micro-Finance program, Agriculture & Social Forestry, Poultry & livestock, Education Programs.

v  To organize the impoverished, poor and disadvantaged people in groups and develop collective leadership among them.

v  To facilitate member to create employment opportunity through skill development generating self financed capital and organizational support.

v  To impart training to enhance the capability of the members to select plan and manage a feasible IGA. So that it can be enable them to increase the purchasing capacity subsequently the quality of life.

v  To increase access to educational opportunities for children, adolescent and adult members through non-formal education and literacy centers.

v   To produce a wide range of services relating to human rights, family law and legal support to protect vulnerable victims from any sources of oppression.

v   To undertake various environmental including environmental education, plantation, solid water management etc. and ensure safe and hygienic water and sanitation program.
