About Us
Y.O.G.A. for Youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for youth to practice yoga and mindfulness in schools, community centers, and juvenile detention facilities. Based in Los Angeles, Y.O.G.A. for Youth has served over 16,000 K-12 students in Los Angeles County since 1993. The Y.O.G.A for Youth curriculum provides students with vigorous physical exercise, mindfulness practice, and strategies for positive communication. Y.O.G.A. for Youth also trains teachers around the world in the Y.O.G.A. for Youth curriculum.
