  • Mission

Mission Statement: Caregiver OneCall provides 24/7 emotional support, training, referrals, and guidance for family caregivers. We are here to listen, uplift, and make sure no caregiver ever feels alone in the hardest moments of care. Vision Statement: We envision a world where every family caregiver is seen, supported, and sustained. No matter who they are, where they live, or how heavy the load, they are never left to carry it alone.

    About Us

We are a volunteer-led, nonprofit organization founded in March 2025. Our founder, Ms. Nikki Lopez, recognized a growing need to support caregivers - whether they are parents of children with special needs, spouses of individuals facing illness, or anyone serving in a caregiving role. At the heart of our mission is the belief that caregivers need care too.

In June, we hosted a successful caregiver awareness event, bringing our community together to spotlight the importance of caregiver support. We are currently partnering with the Alzheimer's Association on our first respite care grant, which will provide free weekly respite care (4 hours/week) to Contra Costa County residents caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's - a program we’re excited to offer over the next six months. Next up is a gala to recruit funding to be able to do more with our org!
