    Westview Mission Statement

    -The mission of our elementary school is to provide students with the basic skills needed to become lifelong learners.

    -We believe a team approach consisting of parents, staff and community members is the best way for our learners to acquire these skills.

    -Our commitment is to help learners feel good about themselves, fulfill their unique potentials and become contributing members of society.

    About Us

    Westview Elementary School opened in the fall of 1965 with more than 800 students.

    Today Westview Elementary School is a public, neighborhood school of nearly 500 students from Kindergarten through fifth grade. Average class size is 25 learners. Our monthly newsletter is called the Bulldog Bulletin. It is published monthly with a one-page paper version sent to all families, then a full version on PDF on our website.
