Dumbarton Concerts/Inner City-Inner Child strives to accomplish its dual mission of bringing live classical and chamber music to audiences in Washington, DC and reaching out to early childhood educators in disadvantaged areas of the District of Columbia to provide them with training workshops aimed at using art and movement techniques to teach basic literacy and math skills to their students.
