  • About Us

    The Minnesota Evaluation Studies Institute (MESI) is an interdisciplinary training institute for evaluation studies at the University of Minnesota. The institute brings together faculty expertise from the College of Education and Human Development, the School of Public Health, the Humphrey School for Public Affairs, the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs (CURA), and Extension.

    Goals of the Institute:

    • Build an interdisciplinary network of program evaluators across the University
    • Provide high quality evaluator training and professional development
    • Provide high quality, low cost evaluation consulting, technical assistance, and capacity building
    • Conduct research and development for program evaluation
