Maryland Community Connection

Maryland Community Connection (MCC) is a nonprofit organization that provides training, employment opportunities, emotional support, and access to resources to individuals with disabilities. MCC supports individuals who want to have greater social and economic independence and who wish to become fully integrated into their communities. MCC works on a case-by-case basis, identifying each individual's goals and specific needs.

Maryland Community Connection provides job opportunities, job training and job retention, as well as advocacy for the individual in the workplace, allowing each to become a wage-earning and tax-paying citizen. MCC also supports individuals in their homes. It utilizes a comprehensive approach and service experience that helps the entire family with education and resources. MCC organize and participate in community programs and recreational activities that are beneficial to the individual and their families.

Maryland Community Connection's commitment to professionalism, good work ethic and transparency has allowed it to build strong partnerships with volunteers, individual donors, corporate organizations, government agencies, policy makers, county administrators, and the state government. These partnerships have enabled MCC to provide a wide range of services to eligible Maryland residents. MCC provides services without regard to age, race, color, creed, national origin, gender, or marital status.
