Thrive Chicago

Thrive is a collective impact organization that brings together youth-serving organizations to co-design and implement solutions that address challenges facing youth in Chicago and that create opportunities for them. Thrive works with coalitions of service providers and city agencies to pilot and assess solutions that are steeped in data, best practice, and community voice, and helps secure funding to innovate and sustain successful initiatives. Thrive analyzes data and solicits knowledge to deliver valuable insights and make transformative connections between needs, ideas, and resources, including providing technical assistance and implementation support to community-based organizations and agencies. Thrive centers equity at the core of its work, and focuses its approach on the places where young people live, learn, and work.
