About Us

Founded in 1997, YTEC offers an alternative to incarceration for youth aged 14 to 18 who have a demonstrated substance abuse history. Its unique model integrates treatment with education and leadership development to support youth in addressing their academic, emotional, substance abuse, and delinquency issues in the least restrictive environment. Services include: substance abuse treatment, leadership skills development, high school instruction through the YTEC Academy, after-school and weekend academic and career readiness programs, recreation, and family services.
