    Farmers on the Square is a vibrant, welcoming marketplace in which a community of producers and consumers nourishes our regional foodshed by celebrating superb and diverse agricultural products that reflect integrity.

    About Us

    Our producer-only market supports local economies and farmers while making fresh, nutritious, local food available to all. We are proud of our Fresh Match program, through which we double customers' SNAP (food stamps) and FMNP/SFMNP funds to ensure that our farmers' offerings are in reach for our entire community. We are always seeking to expand the reach of this program in order to connect more of our community with regional food systems, and to date have matched over $100,000 in participant funds.

    We also provide free entertainment and educational events at our market, which is in the heart of Carlisle on the corner of Hanover and High St, and are always looking for new and fresh offerings to deepen our relationship with the community!
