    ( NCEA) is forming a coalition of environmental NPOs and local businesses with a mission of promoting collaboration, consolidating the wealth of expertise , creating a directory of resources with volunteer database, sharing best business practices as well as the latest legislation that can impact our entire community. By joining forces organizations and businesses are committing to contribute to the knowledge-sharing network so that we can extend our reach, increasing awareness of key environmental issues, increase efficiency and profitability of individual organizations as well as participate in co-promoting and marketing individual events across North County San Diego and much more.
