NAI provides refugees and immigrants with the assistance they need to achieve self-sufficiency through English Language Training, Employment Readiness, Educational Counseling, Vocational Skills Training, Health Education, Community Orientation, Case Management, School Aged Children Program, Family Support Services, Early Childhood Education and Citizenship Preparedness. Additionally, NAI acts as a community liaison to education individuals and agencies about newly arrived refugees and immigrants.
