    • Mission

    Toy Loan is a free toy lending program sponsored by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and the Department of Public Social Services. Through the program childen learn responsibility and build character and good citizenship.

    About Us

    Children borrow toys from a Toy Loan center in the same way they borrow books from the library. They develop a sense of responsiblity through the observance of an honor code and merit system that gives praise and recognition when toys ae returned on time and in good condition.
