  • About Us

The State YMCA of Pennsylvania provides youth and teen programming across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The State YMCA also reaches young adults on a national level its College Youth in Government program. All of our programs help youth develop the four core values of the YMCA: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Youth can participate in State YMCA programs from 6th grade until college graduation. Our programs empower youth through student-led, student-run civics programs focusing on the functions of the State and Federal Governments, service-learning and servant-leadership.

Through hands-on experiences, leadership development and the four core values of the YMCA, our programs enrich the spirit, mind and body for all.
