Over the Rainbow Association

Over the Rainbow Association is an Illinois not-for-profit whose mission is to provide affordable, accessible housing options for low income adults who depend on wheelchairs for mobility. It is our goal to provide these mobility impaired adults with housing alternatives where they can direct their own care and live independently, with dignity, in a residential community, as opposed to an institutional setting. We want to help mobility impaired adults find the "ability" in their disability.
