How We Operate

Your contribution helps us promote our mission and reach our goals to help military members and their families find jobs.

A team of highly educated and experienced military spouses, caregivers, and veterans are specialized in employment assessment, gap skills training, skills validation, targeted resume assistance, virtual training, mentorship /professional development, and more.

Our programs provide current work experience, gap skills training, apprenticeships, train to hire programs, and financial health training for everyone within our military and veteran communities.

11 CASY-MSCCN Career Corps Members have historically volunteered more than 6,000 hours per year.

Key partnerships with Kenexa and DirectEmployers Association provide valuable tools and resources to MSCCN programs.

MSCCN operates under a Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with each branch of service.

We build and maintain relationships with military family centers throughout the world in support of their employment programs.

Our employment program is offered at ZERO cost to job seekers. Funding is provided via donations, grants, and/or sponsorships from employers, organizations, and individuals.

Military to Civilian Jobs Network Alliance Jobs Program for the National Guard MSCCN was formed in 2011 in order to fill current job openings and create new jobs for the National Guard. All jobs campaigns under the Alliance will utilize our Applicant and Job Placement Services and Technology; connecting directly to hiring managers and recruiters within the 1500 employers aligned with the CASY-MSCCN program.

Career Corps Volunteer Program

Career Corps Program is our volunterr program and serves as a stepping stone for military spouse and veteran job seekers. The program provides current work experience, training to develop transitional skills, recent industry experience to fill gaps in their experience and grow professionally.

With unemployment in the United States remaining at high levels, competition for available positions is fierce. Due to the high levels of unemployment the market is saturated with skilled workers for employers to choose from, each posting often has hundreds of applicants. Making it difficult for those within the military and veteran communities without direct or recent industry experience to find and secure employment. The Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN) set the bar in the creation of Career Corps. Career Corps takes the typical volunteer program to the next level by providing current work experience, advanced skill training, professional development, networking, and mentor-ship while assisting each CC Member with employment readiness and placement.
