    Our mission is to promote the organization of farmworkers, to help them find solutions to their own problems collectively, and to improve their living and working conditions.

    About Us

    We work with farmworkers in five counties around Benson, NC. We have several program areas: health education & access, the Affordable Care Act program, a program for promotores (lay health leaders), and community-based participatory research projects around issues that affect farmworkers' lives.
