READ 718 is a non-profit organization based in Brooklyn, NY providing individualized reading instruction and mentorship to low-income students in grades 4-8 who are reading below grade level. READ 718 aims to help all children achieve school success and to develop a love of reading by offering one-to-one literacy instruction after school by a committed and trained volunteer in a safe, supportive environment.
