The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.

    About Us

The Arc of California, in partnership with Easterseals and United Cerebral Palsy, are hosting their annual advocacy conference on April 1 and April 2 called "DisCo at the Capitol: California Disability Community Advocacy Conference." During this two day event we expect 200 people on Day 1 and 500+ people on Day 2. Many in attendance will be people with developmental disabilities (autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, etc.). We will provide lunch both days. We need at least 5 people on each day to help us work the check in desks, work the lunch buffet, direct parking, collect garbage left on tables, help with set up and break down, and support the event as needed. Our event website is discoatthecapitol.org Thank you for your consideration.
