Fountain Theatre

In its thirty-second year, the award-winning Fountain Theatre is one of the most highly regarded theatres in Los Angeles. Founded in 1990, The Fountain Theatre has won hundreds of awards and provides an essential voice for Angelenos by producing outstanding theatre that challenges thinking, opens hearts, and shines an artistic light on the city’s rich diversity. It provides a supportive home for theatre and dance artists of diverse ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds toward the creation of new work that illuminates the communities from which they are drawn, giving artistic voice to many who may not otherwise be heard. Through Fountain for Youth, The Fountain's suite of arts education programs, The Fountain strives to provide transformative educational experiences for young people in underserved communities throughout our region.
