    Our mission is to enhance the lives of older adults through services and compassionate care designed to improve the health, independence and economic security of all Nassau County seniors and their families.

    About Us

    Nassau County Council on Aging (NCCOA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose goal is to maintain and enrich the lives of older citizens throughout Nassau County. NCCOA delivers critical services in several major categories: Adult Day HealthCare, Home Health, Meals on Wheels, Transportation (Nassau Transit), CHORE, Support Groups, Educational Platforms and Volunteerism. We also operate two Life Centers in Fernandina Beach and Hilliard. In 2018, we reached more than 4,160 members in Nassau County.
