    OCH is one of nine accountable communities of health in the state of Washington. Our region includes Clallam, Jefferson and Kitsap Counties as well as the Sovereign Nations of the Hoh, Jamestown S’Klallam, Lower Elwha Klallam, Makah, Port Gamble S’Klallam, Quileute and Suquamish Tribes. The OCH Board of Directors consists of leaders from tribal nations and health sectors. Our mission is to tackle complex health issues that no single sector or tribe can tackle alone.
