About Us

Upper Nile Youth Development Association (UNYDA) is a network of youth associations with a membership of 970 groups in 8 counties of Upper Nile – South Sudan. UNYDA was founded in 2003 with a purpose of engaging young women and men in a multi-year development process, which will foster their capacity to progressively transform their circumstances by accepting new challenges and taking advantage of opportunities generated by a changing context in South Sudan.

MYA: Malut Youth Association for Peace and Development.

KCSC: Kodok Cultural and Social Club

BYDA: Baleit Youth Development Association

WYA: Pagak Youth Association

KSA: Kaka Student Association

To be the leading association for Youth Transformation and Development in Upper Nile state and South Sudan in general.
