    FCI Caring is dedicated to supporting vulnerable older adults and their families by providing essential, compassionate care and resources that empower them to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. Through programs like Legacy Corps and community-driven initiatives, we strive to reduce isolation, improve health outcomes, and strengthen the bonds between generations.

Through programs like Legacy Corps and community-driven initiatives, we strive to reduce isolation, improve health outcomes, and strengthen the bonds between generations.

    About Us

    We focus on 4 key pillars that collectively help seniors age in place and stay connected:

    • Legacy Corps: AmeriCorps volunteer program, offering respite care and companionship to veterans and military families.
    • Intergenerational Community Garden: Brings generations together to grow food, friendships, and a sense of community.
    • Community Response Fund: Offers personalized help — from meal delivery to medication pickup — to meet urgent, individual needs of seniors.
    • Transition Program: Supports older adults as they move from hospital care back home, helping to ease their recovery and avoid readmission.

    Through these programs, FCI Caring makes a direct, lasting impact on the health, happiness, and independence of seniors in our community.
