New Leaders Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit leadership and policy development organization for progressive millennial leaders across the country. NLC recruits, trains and promotes millennial leaders in 43 communities around the country and
has graduated over four thousand from our institute leadership training program. Many have gone on to run for and serve in public office, start innovative businesses and non-profits, and are rising stars in the public policy arena.
