    Someday Melissa, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of eating disorders and the importance of early treatment. Inspired by the journal writings of 19 year old Melissa Avrin who died in May, 2009 after a five year battle with bulimia, the nationally recognized documentary "Someday Melissa, the story of an eating disorder, loss and hope" , has become the cornerstone of the organization's educational outreach in combatting this illness.
