Founded in 1948, AIESEC is now present in over 100 countries and territories, making it the world’s largest youth-run organization. Our programs empower young people to step out of their comfort zones, engage with diverse cultures, and contribute to global development goals.

We believe that leadership is the fundamental solution to the world’s challenges. Through volunteering, internships, and team experiences, we equip youth with the values, skills, and global mindset needed to drive positive change in their communities.
